Sage 100

Anyone wrestled with sending W2 forms via email though Aatrix? In the spirit of Sage's connected nothing strategy - the email server that the customer already wrestled into submission on company maintenance is not used for Aatrix. And they try to auto-detect the email server info. Fun times. Survey says 9 out of 10 customers hate their IT departments and would rather call you and ask why their email isn't working.

I had one client use it and thankfully everything went through without a hitch. We had one employee not receive the email but it was because he supplied a bad email address.

I also had one client use it very successfully. Of course their Sage 100 Std locks up or slows down regularly and after the IRD a bunch of email addresses disappeared and the employees were no longer setup for their Dir Dep emails, but damn, the Aatrix went well....
