    Service Center is designed for depot repair. JobOps Field Service powered by JobOps (special bundle) does equally well at depot repair and field service. Although licensing is similar for both, it depends on user requirements, since JobOps charges for users above 5.

    Our client uses it for depot repair and seem very happy with it. The instruments they produce are used all over the world but have to be returned to the factory for any repairs, adjustments or exchange of pieces containing radioactive materials. ASI Service Center was a good fit for them. ASI has been very responsive any time an issue arose which has not been often.

    Thanks, @JohnBroadfoot . Client is also looking at their Equipment mod, so wanted to keep it in the family.

    We have one client using it and they seem happy with it.
