Anyone work with Scanforce lately? I have a customer struggling to get them to give a quote or return calls.

We are in middle of a sales cycle for a ScanForce system and we haven't had any problem scheduling demos.

Steve had some issues after the summit. I had a customer talk to them too and he got way behind. 3 weeks or more to reply back. I told him he needed to get on the ball and he did. Not sure what the issue was. Wondering if they just had that much business coming in.

My guess is they are taking business from other folks in the scanning world...

The other folks in the scanning world are just as busy.

There seem to be a lot of people spending money on warehouse automation right now.

I tried to use ScanForce as well...seems Steve's wife or child was quite ill (really bad stuff) and it really took his focus away from work related tasks. He is back at it somewhat, but I think the backlog is giving them grief. Never did implement their warehouse system, did implement VBScan for the JobOps side...

I really like the scanforce product. The client that was talking with him after summit saw both scanco and scanforce and they were hands down looking at the scanforce. They didn't like scanco at all. Not sure what it was they saw but after the demo of scanforce which was after the demo of scanco they said they would only go for the scanforce.
