I had someone drop this message on my web inquiry form:
Hi Wayne,
came across your website doing google search. Our org is a non-profit community service. We have been using Sage Platinum/PFW for our accounting needs. Our server which was also quiet old and obsolete crashed last week and we are trying to get things back to normal.
Our priority is Sage Platinum/PFW to get our accounting team up and running but we have no knowledge or expertise of this application. We have no installation media or license key either :( . We inherited this as is and it was working fine.
We have recovered the Data and all file that were on the server and mapped the drive to a new server but our Application doesn't work and I was wondering if you were available to step in and help us out.
