Anyone with a client on Sage 2013 ERP dealing with the ""MAS has stopped working"" error in AP Check Printing willing to try a possible resolution for this. If nothing else you'll get the designer button back.
Summary-Install Crystal from the ISO downloaded ....\Sage 100 ERP 2013\Crystal 2011\ setup.exe
On the affected workstation, navigate out to the server where the Sage ISO image downloaded files unzipped. In The Sage 100 ERP 2013 folder there is a Crystal 2011 folder. This Crystal 2011 folder does not contain an autorun.exe file - if so, then this folder is incorrect and the ISO download will need to be run again before proceeding further. But at the affected workstation run the setup.exe from within this Crystal 2011 folder. After the installation completes (this one takes a little longer) access a report in MAS. You may see a message window stating that user files are being created. You should also notice a difference in the designer. Different look?
