    Anyone willing to share best practices for setting up Sage Payment Services integration with an existing SPS customer. I'm really more interested in implementation issues, not installation instructions. Things like pre-approval processing, invoice data entry options, end of day processing, and the like.

    Have SPS turn on auto close so they don't forget. I personally set up a clearing account instead of debiting cash directly. Keep an eye on it for month end. I know one reseller who has a nifty crystal report for month end reconciliation. You might want to create a vi for importing the cash receipts FINALLY stay on top the SPS fees as the fee creep and nickling and diming is relentless!!!!

    Yes. The fee creep is restless. I make sure I get quotes in writing, including how long they're good for. I once found that a client had 7 accounts, although no one could explain why they were all needed. Got 5 of them cancelled on the spot.
