I am and thrilled we don't need a new password. Do think this could be helpful if it works right and the data is correct. I also think this is Sage's way to get the customer or partners to check that PEP box so they can get the information. A lot of my clients do not want Sage to have that info. @KellySappington who are the listed partners for your clients? Maybe they can let you on and see this info.

I too un-check the PEP box. I see pros and cons with this. Should be up on Sage Sell in a few days with questions and answers from today. Go live on April 28. Here was a quick selection of screen shots. This information is also exportable to excel from Sage Advisor. @DianeRuth have had this discussion before about having access especially for renewal info. Another good reason to bring it up again.

I see several sides of the PEP coin. The negative side is that Sage uses it purely as a sales tool that the customer already finds intrusive. The other is that is could be used for tech support and figuring out ways to improve the software. History has demonstrated that it is primary purpose is as a sales tool.

@KellySappington I hope you can convince the ""powers-to-be"" to allow consultants access to this useful information too.

Langner actually tried to claim that PEP was optin. I really have to wonder if these guys actually believe a word they say...

And the line that the end user has to grant specific ACCESS to the reseller. Did an e-mail ever go out to the end users regarding that???
