Yes, @WayneSchulz, we are starting to see an increase in requests for this from prospects more so than existing customers. We met with the Greytrix team this morning to get an overview of the integration, and unfortunately, it was very difficult to understand them due to the heavy accents. The product looks very promising, but we are still unsure of how the out of the box feature set can be expanded using their standard toolset/API and what data is shared by Sage 100 via sData. They mentioned customizing the product to fit the prospect's requirements, but I could not get them to answer my question about what can we do with the API vs what would be custom programming, and I really think it was simply because we could not communicate very well with them. My greater fear about them is support. If I have a hard time communicating with them in the sales cycle, I would expect to have a hard time communicating from a customer support standpoint. Again, any feedback from those who have worked with them is greatly appreciated. I am also attaching the spec sheet we received from them.
