Sage 100

Documentation is not exactly detailed on this (or at least the documentation I have found).  Been working with PAYA and it appears to be a bit new to the person I have been working with as well.

Did some test runs to see if we can get it to work, but we are getting some errors that don't mean anything to me.  Basically invoices do not send out and the eInvoice Error Log Viewer says

(422) {"errors":{"attach_files_to_email":["Product File must be enabled to use Files with quick Invoice"].......

I assume this must be something on the PAYA side configuration but so far I have been unable to find anything about "Product File" enabling.

We have turned on e-invoicing for a couple of clients and it tries to e-invoice but it gets hung up with the error noted above.

Yes.   What is a little odd about the e-invoicing is that when printing the invoice they say to use print/pdf all and not print/pdf and/or electronic deliver.  Apparently if the invoice is set up for e-invoicing you do not have to select electronic delivery.

Also the it does not try to deliver the invoice until you actually update the sales journal.  I guess that might make sense?   You don't necessarily want to send it / import it into PAYA until it until it is definitely the final copy.
