    Anyone successfully implement a surcharge for customers not on a current release of Sage (N-2)? It's getting to the point that I'm not too interested in having 12 different versions of Sage 100 so that I can go back and see what a non-framework module used to do before being upgraded. If you are surcharging - have you worked out a $ or %.

    Are you referring to a line item charge on an access agreement?

    More of just a general difference in price - seems reasonable that we would be able to charge a higher fee for a non-current customer where it may take more time.

    Makes sense - we used to charge a different rate when we were billing by the hour. I don't know why we don't consider it now.
