Anyone seen this error when attempting to print a Sales Order Invoice on a version 4.4 Unable to view/print invoice. Not implemented. Wasn't able to find anything in the KB. Had to do some maintenance on SY_ReportSetting.M4T resetting the page size fields. Other workstations can print just fine. I can print other forms on this workstation. I suspect there's something perhaps in SY_ReportSetting

Had the same experience. Here is what Sage sent to me (you may have had an error 88 if you look at the activity log): Error 88 SY_ReportEngine.pvc line #### when previewing Crystal Reports Entry Type: Informational Product: Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP Application: Library Master Version Reported: 4.10 and later Subject: Error 88 SY_ReportEngine.pvc line #### occurs when previewing a report. Possible Resolution: 1.Expand Library Master and Utilities. Double-click Data File Display and Maintenance. 2.In the File Name field, select ..\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_Company.m4t. 3.Click the Lookup, and note the key of the affected company (for example 000000001). 4.In the File Name field, select SY_ReportSetting.m4t. 5.Select the record for the report that generates the error when previewed. The report begins with the company key, and then the name of the report. 6.Edit field 09 PrinterName$. 7.Clear the data, and accept the record. The field data repopulates next time the report is previewed. 8.Preview the report again. 9.If the error persists, change to a different printer or set a different printer as the default in Windows.

Thanks - in this instance I had to do two things: Followed the second part of this KB (note that the field # have changed so I went by field name) http://infosource.sagesoftwareonline.com/sw_attach/kdb.asp?isresolutionconceptid=480681 This cleared the Error 88. But then I got the ""Not Implemented"" error. The workstation did not have Crystal Reports installed and was also a Terminal Server workstation so I took a guess and installed the full version of Crystal and that seemed to fix the issue. Not really sure what provoked it. Other workstations could print the form just fine. I suspect other workstations that were coming in on TS would not have (the client only tested local printing). FWIW
