Had the same experience. Here is what Sage sent to me (you may have had an error 88 if you look at the activity log):

Error 88 SY_ReportEngine.pvc line #### occurs when previewing a report.
Possible Resolution:
1.Expand Library Master and Utilities. Double-click Data File Display and Maintenance.
2.In the File Name field, select ..\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_Company.m4t.
3.Click the Lookup, and note the key of the affected company (for example 000000001).
4.In the File Name field, select SY_ReportSetting.m4t.
5.Select the record for the report that generates the error when previewed. The report begins with the company key, and then the name of the report.
6.Edit field 09 PrinterName$.
7.Clear the data, and accept the record. The field data repopulates next time the report is previewed.
8.Preview the report again.
9.If the error persists, change to a different printer or set a different printer as the default in Windows.
