    Anyone seen this? Customers says it happens in v2014 PU 5 Standard when exporting from a custom report preview but they can use full version of crystal and open the report and export without issue. I do not know the exact file layout they are trying to export to -- for now just looking to see if anyone has encountered this before I jump on the line for 60 minute hold with Sage only to be told I'm in the wrong line and go stand in that 90 minute line across the room.

    Update: Appears to be a known issue with Crystal Reports that have a sub-report Suggestion: don't use a subreport, try installing a service pack 7 for Crystal 11

    Appears that service packs for Crystal are all gated - unable to freely download and from what I can tell the ""check for updates"" doesn't seem to work.

    Is it related to the ""wording"" in the Crystal Report, Document Properties? Try changing it to read ""Converted to version 5.10b

    I don't think it's related to wording as it works ok on full Crystal - just not the report attached to Custom menu. @BillPfahnl can I run this once at the server or do I need to get to every workstation to make the CR update?

    @WayneSchulz On each workstation that exports to Excel, whether full Crystal or Runtime version is installed.
