Hi Everyone...here's the update on this problem. The original error was a fluke (client trying to apply something they learned to the wrong situation). However, the real problem is this - every time the 2 of the 5 Sales people try to look at an existing order or enter an new one for a specific Customer, everything greys out. On Tuesday they had server problems, kept ""going offline"". Weird that only a couple of people are having this problem. They've shutdown their workstations and restarted etc., but to no avail. Any ideas? This is 4.4 w/JobOps
