Does it happen when trying to print any other reports? Is there a PR folder under \MAS90, is there a PRXXX data folder for the company? I know you indicate they don't own PR but what shows in the listing of modules? LM - Setup - System Configuration - Modules?

Just for further clarification, you need to search for SYS158JT410001 in the sy_classenhancement file. It should find 2 records. Delete the one that doesn't have UI in it.

Note that if the company does have payroll, you will get an error popup with just : (a colon) in it.
