Anyone receive an early registration announcement for Sage Summit 2015?

I received an email saying that registration would begin in March.

Do you know if that was for partners or end users?

I'm sure Doug Sleeter will appreciate the accurate depiction.

I've seen two breaking news alerts from third parties but nothing official from Sage. I posted what I had which is that those who sign up online at http://go.na.sage.com/SageSummit2015 will hopefully receive an email in the future to register for $99. I believe this will once again be a customer only price.

Go out and buy the cheapest version of Peachtree (excuse me Sage 50) and then register. It is cheaper that way.

Yikes - though I'm not sure customers can register for some of the partner specific sessions. Other than that - hell yeah.

You can still sign up for the really useful sessions run by 90 Minds instead of the marginally humorous partner sessions run by Sage. Or we can share badges, except @WayneSchulz and @PeterWolf of course as they are recognizable to Sage management. No one else is left who will remember the rest of us.

    I don't either.

I don't remember there being any partner specific sessions last year.

Didn't they have a partner specific keynote and product specific sessions the day before the customers came/?

Just the keynote...if you can call it a keynote. No sessions. We did get to go to the trade show that first day.

Does Sage have partners? I thought we were just a revenue stream from certification and training.

Gary - you forgot ""scapegoat"" as one of our primary functions. As in ... ""We didn't hit our numbers because partners suck. Let's raise their tier, eliminate co-op marketing, play musical chairs with their inside sales people. That will teach those worthless pr*cks!"" (said in a French accent)

An email to lock in the partner rate just came through. http://now.eloqua.com/es.asp?s=216551651&e=1362&elq=ff086c62f1e747b6a737774ce5d6e9a1

No partner should go as a partner anymore. That is highway robbery. Buy Sage 50 and go. You can use the copy of Sage 50 to plan your data conversion strategy.

Get a Sage One plan at $7 per month or go as a prospect (specifically an X3 prospect if you want to get some attention).

I think we are starting to question whether there is any value to regularly attending Summit (outside of networking with your peers). It is unabashedly a customer event, little partner centric news and the guest speakers and entertainment are picked primarily so Sage seems ""hip"" to prospects. Even the meetings with Sage now seem to be with people who mostly can't or won't do anything.

This group is a FAR better investment of time and money than is Summit!!!

@BrianRice so sign up for 3 months, register for Summit and then cancel Sage One?

The Bingo, @MoiraGoggin (or save even that expense and just register as a prospect)

Just got this: HI Please note if you want to attend Summit at the 50% off Partner Rate of $399 you need to click the below link to sign up your intent. For each person who may want to go to Summit forward this link to them so they can register. THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THIS IS FRIDAY FEBRUARY 13!! ONE WEEK FROM TODAY!! Please note like last year we are making this a 2 step process: 1)Register for the special VIP rate before February 13th 2)When Sage Summit's official registration site opens up in May you then go and officially register for the event. I believe you will enter a VIPPARTNER code you will receive from step 1 to make sure you get the partner rate. However that code will not work without doing step one. Please note the small print on the bottom of this announcement. Like last year the current messaging I am getting from Marketing is this is still a very Customer Focused Event. I will be reaching out you each of you on Monday to make sure you are clear on these steps. Any questions please let me know. http://now.eloqua.com/es.asp?s=216551651&e=1361&elq=a166b7044a9a4b4195b5ea7ed8f193a6
