    Anyone out there work with Sage Live? I have a business contact in Tulsa, Oklahoma who's customer starting using Sage One and the person who implemented it has left and no one else knows the system. They have asked their CPA to take over the day-to-day accounting and check printing. The CPA want's someone to help them come up-to-speed on the product. Work can be done remotely. CPA is a nice guy but I have no experience with his staff and can't attest to how astute they are at picking up new systems. If interested, send me your contact info and I will forward it on to the CPA. Cheers!

    @ShawnSlavin Is this Sage One or Sage Live? Only Sage Live is implemented and supported by the channel.

    My Sage Live client is set to go live April 2. It has come a long way, but still has to far to go to compete with the solid products out there, IMHO. It's kind of like a super customizable and fragile car that you have to assemble yourself from instructions in Chinese and and that needs 12 keys to start.

    ​As far as I can determine, Sage Business Cloud Accounting continues to be offered. This was formerly Sage One.

    Sage Live was renamed as Sage Business Cloud Financials. Any search for this on the Sage website redirects to Sage Intacct, and there is nothing on the site that refers to that name. I never saw any formal announcement, but had heard it was gone. I know it's an embarrassment, but Sage should admit it was a mistake and announce its demise. I am guessing all those that worked with it are now in witness protection.

    Not so much as you'd wish, Mark!  They're still talking like there are upcoming releases and indicating what they will and won't ask engineering to enhance with the next release. They're spending time training the client.  I keep waiting for them to come clean!  I just want a time of death so we can make funeral arrangements and go on to a better place!

    Sage is not one to deliver bad news to the customer. That's what partner's do.

    Sage has spoken to UK partners (I spoke to one for about an hour last week) about the decision.

    Sage claimed US sales stopped July 2018.

    They're trying to keep the news quiet.

    Taking our mid-market cloud financials solution Sage Intacct to new markets is our core focus as we accelerate our SaaS strategy and as a result, we have decided to stop selling Sage Business Cloud Financials to new customers. We will continue to support the product for existing customers, ensuring it remains compliant.’

    I think this is a slightly bigger deal overseas as Sage Business Cloud Financials fka Sage Live never seemed to gain any traction in North America. I would love to know the total spend to develop and bring that product to market.
