Anyone know why windows 7 would show all values as Null in a report? Just ran crystal on a table and got 3 pages of blank paper. Did a formula to test for null and it says that all my fields on the line are null. Is this a known issue with windows 7? Running 4.4.0.2

Found the fix. This must be due to the fact that the user in the past had odbc security set. When we upgraded to 4.05 there was not an issue but going to 4.4 was an issue. Strange part is that the server printed fine but windows 7 didn't. Expand Modules, Library Master, and Setup. Double-click System Configuration. On the Security tab, select the Enable ODBC Security within Role Maintenance check box. Click Accept, and close the task. In Library Master, expand Main, and double-click Role Maintenance. Select the first role, and click the ODBC Security tab. Select the MAS 90 check box. Click Accept, and then repeat the above step for all roles. Print the form or report. If some forms or reports print correctly, and others do not, determine whether or not the affected form or report has been customized. If the form or report has been customized, contact the individual who made the customizations for assistance. If the form or report has not been customized, contact Sage Software Customer Support for assistance.
