Anyone know where the PTD and YTD figures come from or how they are calculated on the ""Daily Sales Recap by Customer"" that prints during the SO Sales Journal updates? A client reports that one customer's numbers are odd and we can't find where they come from. ""Today's Activity"" is correct on the report.
