    Anyone know what might cause ""Module P/R is not on file"" when accessing VI Import/Export Maint during v2018 Upgrade (from v2016)? Client does not have P/R, and does not have any enhancements.

    I just had this - KB ID:89196 was the fix. Bad VI_JobHeader file

    Blank records VI header I think.

    Thanks. I thought I just saw that recently in here but it wasn't coming up in a search. But just searching for ""not on file"" brings it up.

    fyi: 1.Rename MAS90/MAS_SYSTEM/VI_JobHeader.M4T 2.Replace it with a blank copy of the file - I first tried manually reinit, but then just copied in my local non-blank file. 3.Open Visual Integrator, Main, Import Job Maintenance 4.Once the Job Lookup comes up, close it 5.Rename MAS90/MAS_SYSTEM/VI_JobHeader.M4T 6.Rename the original file you renamed in Step 1 to VI_JobHeader.M4T 7.Open Visual Integrator, Main, Import Job Maintenance 8.Verify it opens and you can select jobs
