Anyone know the default admin username & password for Starship 12?

Should be admin and admin. Does that work?

So, I'm upgrading Starship 9 to 12. The export out of 9 imported into 12 without incident, but I noticed that the source document in 12 imported as Invoice (it was configured as Sales Order in 9). When I try to customize the accounting interface, it only displays invoice. Looks as if the import killed the Sales Order interface. How do I get it back? Does re-installing Starship server revert back to all interfaces?

Invoice is the only interface I've ever seen in #Starship 10 and up. I'm relatively new to Starship, though.

I don't have any one using that BOI interface. So far they all use the standard MAS interface by clicking the Starship button in Shipping data Entry.

I now have someone on the StarShip Link 2.0. It's nice to be able to map MAS fields how the client wants them. We have one client using the BOI interface, but most do not like it for one reason or another.

Starship controls the interface with licensing. The invoice interface is for using Shipping Data Enry and the Starship Link (which is really an invoice when you start to ship). Just call them and tell them you want the BOI interface. They will add it to your system. Then go to the Starship Server and click for updates.

I'm assuming on any MAS 4.5 upgrades you have to get the interface from V-Technologies as entering the keys no longer activates a Starship link (as it used to do on prior versions). I am going through an upgrade right now and that's what I'm assuming has to happen since the Starship link doesn't show within MAS using old keys.

Yes, you have to get the new link from V-Technologies. It was developed by SWK based on the developer code, so I guess V-Technologies is OEMing it.

I have one customer using Starship Link 2.0. Works well.

For v4.5 don't you have to use starship link 2.0

Not if you use the Starship interface only - where you enter the order number and pack directly in Starship. The link is only required if you still plan to use Shipping Data Entry. The link has it's own installation for MAS - just like an extended solution.

False alarm. When I looked at the integration, it stated Invoice..and I was looking for Sales Order (which is what I thought it should say). Apparently, the invoice integration works with the Starship button in Shipping Data Entry, so all is good. Guess I was confused between the description as it applies to BOI vs. standard Starship integration.

In case anyone might be wondering, Starship 12 works with MAS 200 SQL 3.7x. I just had a client start using it. Or, even if you weren't wondering, now you know.
