Anyone know of an SO enhancement that will select the warehouse based on the ship-to address? Would also be nice if it looked at the qty available to assign the closest warehouse with sufficient qty to fill the order. Wishful thinking?

In 5.30 you can put in a WHSE at the ShipToAddress and when you select it in SO entry, it changes the Default Whse on the Header Tab. Regarding the Closest Whse - you're asking Sage Software to think & calculate distance to nearest Whse? Lol!

@KennyDaniel upgrade them, then show them how to use Google maps.

Thanks @NancyHanson and @MoiraGoggin . They are on 5.30 but these are new customers calling in to place orders. No predefined ship-to addresses. The idea is to minimize the clicks and speed up the order taking process. Google maps sounds good but would probably slow down the process.
