Anyone know of a way to find out what time a delete/change utility finished up? I thought maybe it would have updated the 'Last Updated' field in Transaction History, or Audit history on the item it was changed to, but no luck. I checked the activity log (which shows what time we printed the report this morning), IM_Audit (no time stamp), IM_TransactionHistory, and IM_ItemWarehouse. All either show the original part with original dates/times, or the date/time that we created the part they were merged into. Thoughts on how to find out what time it finished? Doing small tests it took about 30 seconds per part, but I don't trust that where several thousand parts are concerned. We are going to start another batch here in about 30 minutes.

@ThereseLogeais Only the time you print the report is, so we let it run all night, and ran the report this morning at 8:59am, that was time time it was recorded in the activity log. We are looking for the time the actual conversion stopped.

Ummm. Set your alarm for 2 AM to check??? Then again for 4 AM???

Like they CARE what time you get up for a 2 AM snack???

I was thinking this might be an interesting enhancement. Create a utility which rebuilds all keys unattended, sends email of problems, notes start and stop times. I'm sure I am not the only one doing conversions overnight in remote sessions. It would be nice not to have to keep one eye on the screen for hours monitoring progress.

How about the activity log in Library Master?
