Anyone know of a mod for capturing Proof of Delivery signatures and attaching to the order or invoice?

@AaronClark and I think @BrettLyder had done something to do this too.

What type of device is used by the field technician to capture the customer's signature when a service is performed or a product delivered? How is the signature assigned to the proper document in the field? I have a client that is still using multi-part forms (white - customer copy, yellow - to bring back to the office copy) to capture signatures in the field. Is this a better way?

@JeffSchwenk - OMG, perfect! I thought my question was going to have to wait for Summit, but here you have something for me. Too cool. So now I know it's possible and I just need to check out the options. THANK YOU! (And @MichaelMcDonald - that is exactly what my client wants to get away from - they lose paperwork and the time it takes to collate everything back together is too long.)

I did create a way to capture a signature and print it on the order. My client is using it at their counter in sort of a hybrid retail environment. I haven't done anything with a portable scanner/signature capture device...yet anyway.

A few years back I had looked at Automated Service (AS) for a propsect, and the AS MyTech piece had signature capture capabilities.
