Anyone know if you can combine multiple company direct deposit records into the same transmittal file? I've got a customer that has Kissinger's ACH Direct (which does that) and they want to come off that and just use Sage's DD capabilities.

Sage?? Offer Flexibility??? Is there recurring revenue involved??? I just looked at a feature sheet and there was no mention of multi-company consolidations. Why don't they like Kissinger any more? They do realize that DD is sold as another module for an outrageous amount of money don't they???

You know...I don't know why they wanted to change. I wasn't involved in that side of the conversation. I didn't see any multi-company capability either, thanks for the confirmation.(And I'll check into why they think they should switch.)

The enhancement PR-1118 might be what you are looking for.

Wow, just looked at the pricing for PR-1118. Combined with the DD module, they must really be pissed at Kissinger....

Yeah, just a bit. I don't think they'll opt for PR-1118. They're only combining 2 files, I think they can send to files.
