Anyone know if Visual Cut can email Journals and Registers? I have a client that sends copies of Sales Journal and Gross Profit Journal to a distribution list every afternoon.

I believe that like K-Sync, it cannot run on WRK table reports. Adding @KevinMoyes to confirm. As an alternate idea ,with scripting you can print the S/O Daily Sales Reports (I don't know if you can specify which ones) then email them to a UDT email distribution list.

Have a report based on the Paperless PDF log table, where you have the file name / path. Use VC to build the file list from that data, and email them as attachments.

Yes. Use the report to create a semi-colon separated file list, and use that in the attachment field. The VC export settings are separate from the email attachment settings.

I had to do something similar recently... a certain customer's PDF invoices had to be copied to a specific folder (monitored by external FTP), and I used a mirror of the PDF log to control the file list (setting a flag after the copy).

Kevin that is super creative and genius to use the Paperless PDF logs!
