That part I don't know. But it must process correctly otherwise they would have customers calling and complaining to them. However, if the customer's credit card is foreign, I think it may charge in that currency and the CC company converts it. I recall using my CC in Canada and got charged the US rate + a foreign currency processing fee by the CC company.
