Anyone know if course ""MS9250PA - Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 CRM Course"" includes a manual or if it's just Anytime Learning?

Yes there should be a manual that's included in there. I'm looking for mine now but it may be on my other computer. As I recall it was a bunch of smaller manuals all bundled together - perhaps 10-12

I merged all of the PDF into one big one. Very annoying to have many small ones.

When I tried to download the manual, it showed it was for CRM 6.1.

That's right, it hasn't changed in years because the guy who developed the course is no longer with Sage, and the purpose of the certifications is to grab more revenue from the VARs, not to actually teach us anything, so they haven't spent the money to update it. This course was originally a week on site in Scottsdale, with an instructor who stopped to point out the gotchas and advise workarounds, and a final exam that was an install lab, which you couldn't leave until you had it 100% correct.

That kind of sounds like ""you can't leave the table until you eat all your peas"".

Yes, it was rather alarming to see the older references. Thank goodness for the ""find and replace"" features in Word so thay don't have to strain themselves to rebrand all of the MAS 90 references........

Better than ""You can't leave the table till you finish your open book multiple guess test."" I actually felt like I learned something.

Frankly this is sad. Certification is obviously only a money making activity.

I think the SQL Fundamentals was pretty much a find and replace test. But I took it last year too so I already knew the answers.

Yeah, if you couldn't search the manual for the SQL test you could Google for the answers.

@DawnAnastasi and @RobertWood that is good to know on the SQL Fundamentals...I am taking mine in a couple weeks.
