Anyone know if ACCUPOS maintenance renewals come through Sage or do we have to contact the third party? I'm guessing we have to contact the third party providers. Had a customer just email me to say Accupos won't renew them direct and have to go through partner. Which is ok except customer scouted out this solution and dealt direct with Accupos on the initial sale and I don't have any type of contact at their company.

To the best of my knowledge, ACCUPOS renewals go thru Sage. I have a large ACCUPOS install, and the support is direct with them, but the renewals come thu Sage only.

Thanks - so are you saying that when the renewal $$ comes through Sage will include Accupos plus whatever Sage modules the customer owns?

Yes, it is ""supposed"" to. Although, like so many of the renewals the first time I received it - it was not right, then after I questioned it - they added it. You would have thought since it was over 20,000 they might have noticed it was wrong went they sent it out.

All endorsed solution maintenance renewals are ""supposed"" to be included in the Sage renewal. VineyardSoft used to send out a maintenance status statement for all our clients which was confusing, since they were paid by Sage. I noticed those are no longer sent out.

@JohnHoyt I received the VineyardSoft maintenance statement in Dec for a renewal in Jan, but yes, the renewal is included in the Sage renewal too. At the Dec roadshow per Cate at VS, she said she's been sending them out in case Sage doesn't or ""forgets"". I wonder why you didn't get yours?
