Anyone know how ""Total Product Sales"" is calculated on Tier Calculations? Does it include total invoiced amount to the partner? Or is it the total amount less M&S? Trying to figure out if I'm $100 short for Tier or thousands of dollars. :(

Less M&S. Only product costs.

Thank you for your quick response. As usual, I have been going back and forth with Sage to figure this out for hours and no one can respond with a simple answer. I should have just relied on the 90 Minds team in the first place!

Last time I fought this battle, Sage said they couldn't give me any figures until AFTER quarter-end.

When the #1 sagecrm var in the country can't make top tier, its clear that tier, given the economy is now just a weapon to lower margins

@MarkChinsky - I was thinking something similar. The tier model also encourages smaller partners to fold into other partners which - channel management 101 - is not a great thing in the long haul for most channels.
