Sage 100

Anyone know how to uninstall Goldmine link from a 4.05 Mas90 version. Did an upgrade to 2013, had some customer item history missing and Sage says it's this goldmine link. It's not installed in 2013 but Sage thinks its affecting files. I don't see anywhere to uninstall. I've attached screen shots of the DSD utility, it doesn't even look installed but shows on Installed mods listing and menu.

Claudia, give me your phone number and email address, and I can have Charles contact you. DSD no longer supports Goldmine Link, so it is obsolete enhancement. I spoke with my programmer, who said: Okay, It was just the old SVDSDE that they screened. As for Sage Data modifications in ARGM there were none. We did add stand alone files to map from Goldmine to MAS90. AR_G0 through AR_G4, SY0GM3 and SY0GML. Synchronization was done between the two databases but we didn't remove records from one or the other. And the only fields mapped were from AR1 and AR_12 So to uninstall it would just mean to re-install the standard programs from LM ( or just SYZURN), AR, IM, RA and SO. If this is a parallel migration that would already be taken care of. If she needs to speak to me directly I would be happy to help, but someone with group access would have to forward my info.

The client doesn't want to pay for anymore of our time on this and wants Sage to fix asap. We know that won't happen and I'd like to help them out and let Sage know that it's not DSD Goldmine but I guess it would have to be on my own time. How long would this take if we got your help to uninstall?
