Anyone know how Sage is able to send some links such as this which don't require login? I'm guessing they have an internal flag? or is there a way to share that I'm not seeing? https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=20001&sliceId=1&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=120800&docType=kc&isLoadPublishedVer=&stateId=120801&docTypeID=DT_Article&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl

It does seem like it's just some internal flag. If you pull up that same write-up via searching in the KB, the link is slightly different (i.e., Id's), and that link also works if not logged in. But other write-up's yield ""You are not authorized to view this Document"".

I was hoping there was some type of flag in the lengthy URL which we could modify to make article public when shared.
