    Anyone know about ACOM's EZContentManager? I have a prospect interested in electronic approval and tracking documents. I know KnowledgeSync has good alerting capabilities, but they are asking for ways to store source documents (vendor invoices) with MAS transactions.

    You might also look at Altec Doc-Link and IIG's Document Maestro. I have looked at (product demo) ACOM and these other two. All three have a lot of features. However, features, pricing, setup time and cost, varies greatly among these products. Narrow down (Focus!) on what the priorities are.

    I have a client using ACOM for nearly five years now. They are very satisfied with the product. @JimWoodhead has had a lot of success for Altec.

    Just did a demo with Doc-link for a customer needing the same thing. Demo'd very well. I think it is a great fit and can expand to other systems if needed. They have a limited version for Sage 100 users. Still pricey but comes in around 10k or so depending on services needed.
