First, you can't apply the SMI licenses to the template because SMI ""attaches"" to the specific workstation ID. You probably realize this since you deleted the workstation from the ""approved"" list. So, you would think that the solution would be to apply the licenses from the workstation level. This SHOULD work (it did for me) but is NOT a permanent solution. I don't know how many workstation licenses you have on your Applianz but our client has 20 users and the person who wanted to use the SMI would consistently get different workstation IDs when she logged in. And, of course, the SMI (one user license) wouldn't run on the WSID she was assigned!
Solution: Get Applianz to take one of the workstations and create a specific WSID with it's own install. Only one person could be in it at a time and if you like, you can distribute this workstation link to several people (keeping in mind that it's still only one at a time).
