    I was just on it about 10 minutes ago. No issues. Check with your AP department.......

    He was getting a Java update prompt which he said he installed but it never did connect. Then I tried creating a new session for him and it just hung for about 5 minutes. I RDP'd to his TS then remoted to his workstation which was somewhat of a workaround.

    Very similar problem that our customer had with GTM. He ended up going to another workstation and that one was fine...hmm. I do know Sun has been trying to plug Java security holes daily lately.
