Anyone having issues with the new keys not allowing Aatrix out of Demo mode? We have a client that is running Windows 10 (of course) and is stuck in Demo mode. I can put the same keys in my local Win 8 install and it works fine. We've done the uninstall/reinstall of eFile and have had no luck. I forced updates with the manual install from Aatrix website.
It acts like it's activating, but no errors. When you are in Aatrix you can't get the updates to launch though. It's like Aatrix can't see the internet. I've shutoff the Windows Firewall and results did not change.
Thanks in advance, trying to avoid the Sage Support call if I can.
