Anyone having issues trying to run the Sage Q3 TTU? All I get is ""The version of the file is not compatible...

Yep - I'm getting the same thing.

Hmmm - the Portal says the file size is 2.38 MB, but mine downloads at 1 MB.

Update if you hear anything please. Is this a new release (I'm out at a customer and haven't checked).

I just tried again, and it's still broken. Someone on Sage City reported it last Thursday, but it has not received a response from Sage. When I try, I'm running into the Sage City login problem (i.e. I can't get it to post).

We had the same problem and called Sage - they said no one had reported any issues. I assumed no one reported it because the only changes were in Ohio and probably everyone in Ohio uses the Extended Solution for multi local Ohio taxes and I don't think you can install it with that. I ended up just changing them manually.

@RobertaFerguson did you call the Tools team or the team that handles Payroll?

Cullen called the Tools team and they checked with the PR specialist who said she was unaware of any issues. They tested on their end and it worked ok. They sent Cullen the file via ftp and that worked for him.

I got a working version, too. I don't get why it's taking Sage so long to fix this Portal issue.

I think it still lets you continue to install. Just a warning.
