    Yes! I guess I can call the IT guys and have them stop looking for network issues.

    It's still always best to blame it on the IT guys - they're used to it.

    According to V-Technologies, they had about 10 people call complaining of slowness in the last 15 minutes or so. He asked if it was using FedEx. It was but I then connected to my customer and lo and behold, all is well in the shipping department again - at least at my customer's.

    Let the IT folks suffer. They cause us enough undo pain and suffering. Time to serve it back at them...
