Anyone have their Favorites disappear in 100c v2016? Have a client running Advanced & some local users are having them all randomly disappear & they have to rebuild their favorites. Sometimes it will happen over the weekend, sometimes it will happen in the middle of the day. They will walk away from their machine & come back to them gone.
I have favorites saved when I access via the TS for this client & mine haven't gone missing.
And, on previous versions, the public tasks would lose tasks, like maybe the file reverted to an older version. I had to fix this multiple times & this was on the TS.
I have checked with IT on permissions to where this .json file is stored, but the users that lose them are not setup differently than the users that don't.
Any thoughts?
