    Anyone have the official form used to submit changes in END USER contacts? I have an EU where Sage quoted an upgrade and they used the contact name of someone who hasn't been at the company for 5 years. There used to be a form available (I think in MySageSell) but I'll be damned if I can locate it. Searching the KB is a nightmare.

    Thanks. I notice that the fax number is still California. Are we sure that these get sent to CA still?

    This also looks like the form for partner level changes (sales leads is an option).

    Here is the e-mail response I received from SAGE on Sept 26, 2016, when I requested a form to change the primary contact on my clients' Customer Portal. Good day, Each individual contact on your account can have their own portal account, however if you are wanting to change the primary or adjust any contacts on your list, please fill out the attached form. Then I can add/remove any current portal users.     I can't imagine the dysfunction of Sage will continue much longer unless the November 30 earnings report is especially good.
