Anyone have Sage 100 ERP v2013 or 2014 running as a published app with SPS Credit Card working? I have a client that just upgraded that also upgrade to Server 2012 using Terminal Services and web published apps. Sage 100 runs fine but it will not call the Sage Exchange.

I'd ask @GaryFeldman or @KatrinaEddins. Also, @JimWoodhead ask the MyHostedDSD guys if they have anyone.

Make sure you manually install Sage Exchange using the same domain account used to run the Sage 100 Advanced service or the admin account if standard. www.sageexchange.com\install.

They are Standard. What do you mean by the admin account? In Sage or on the Server? I installed it as an admin user.

On a terminal server it didn't work properly after I installed it as the admin account. I had to log on as each user and install/enable it for each user for it to work properly. You can log in as each of the users to see if it's running in their session. This was for Advanced but I think it's the same.

Thank you @RobertWood , @BillPfahnl and @RonGouveia. The key that worked for us was to have the individual user log into RDP with local admin rights, install the SDK then then exit out and run the published app. This allowed the SDK to show in the system tray on the client and Sage 100 was able to connect to it without any issues.
