    Anyone have recent experience getting updated registration keys from Sage? How long have they been taking? I just called the Sage order desk -- is there a better number?

    Whenever I am getting ready to do an upgrade I send an email to the sales advisor and ask her to regenerate the keys. It usually takes a day or so, so I build that into my timeline.

    I send a request to my CAM who forwards it into sales. Takes about a day for a return e-mail. Works for me as I try to get the new key a week in advance of an upgrade.

    Thanks -- you are doing this even with keys that are already in the system? This is definitely going on my list of things to do. Until now the old keys worked just great -- except they don't unlock any BOI usage. Live and learn.

    From the partner web site?????? I think I've been on it once or twice since the conversion. Since nothing on it could (can) be trusted and you always had to confirm pricing with Sage, I just let them do all the work now. I don't expect a rapid turnaround, but I don't have to deal with the hastle of it (yet)...................
