Anyone have issues with the PO Receipt of Goods Counter duplicating numbers? I have a customer that since they went to 5.0.7 they would somehow not have the counter incremented. It has happened three times in the last 5 days. The only pattern I can see is that the number before the one duplicated is usually not used (someone started entry but canceled and the counter was incremented) then the following number is duplicated. The duplication doesn't happen every time this pattern is shown of skipping numbers. I couldn't find anything in the KB. Has anyone had this issue or knows what is happening?
