Anyone have experiencing getting PVXCOM to register where you click and it fails to register - despite you being told you are the administrator (and yes improper rights is my first thought).

Administrator as in you ARE logged in as the administrator or Administrator as in your login has Administrator rights?

Yeah, but they still LIE to us...................

Thats always my first, second, third, fourth and fifth question.

AKA this is usually a pissing contest.

When they tell us ""you are the administrator"" that's when I'm stuck because I cannot run PVXCOM, cannot run REGCOM. Customer doesn't understand and I'm not their IT person (and half the time -- maybe 90% of the time) it IS the IT person telling me 'oh no you are admin'

This is a rights issue -- admin ""just saw the issue"" (head smack)... On another issue - upgrading from 4.2 to 4.5 where customer was using BOI for Starship - my guess is I need to get new (working) keys from Sage so that the BOI will be active.... as it appears BOI keys now are part of the overal key config.
