Anyone have experience with disappearing sales order lines? Sage 2015 Premium, product update 2? Behavior (intermittent): Enter new sales order, save changes, print order - evidence that lines existed, later observe the lines are missing. Compared so line history. Customer is set to retain SO history, but NOT retain deleted SO lines history. I'm thinking I want to at least retain deleted lines going forward - to catch them if possible. Other thoughts? Yes I have seen this. Do they have Avalara or any 3rd party products?

I believe a later service pack addresses this.

Are there any other processes in SQL that are also writing to the SO tables?

Similar issues - I think disappearing lines is resolve with PU 5 for V2015

Thanks for the comments all. Going to install PU5 on the advice of the braintrust here. For the record @ShannonSadowsky they do have Avatax. They do not have any specialty SQL scripts running.
