Anyone have contact info for Aatrix. Just had a customer tell me they are having problems contacting Aatrix over submitting corrected W2s. I can't wait for the silver rules to go into effect so I offload all of Sage's customer service back to them. Anyone had to file corrected W2s with Aatrix?

I've had 2 Indiana tax returns come back (my only 2 Indiana people e-filing, I think) with having the wrong tax ID. I'm thinking IN did something since they BOTH got the same ding, but anyway - I did the same thing. Sent them straight to Aatrix. Aatrix had sent them both instructions on how to do it, but I had them call them and the first person made Aatrix stay on the phone with her until she had it done, so I told the second person to do the same thing and not take no for an answer.
