    Anyone have an after-hours contact for IIG? Gary has been my contact forever, but he is no longer with them. I'm working on an upgrade and the IIG warehouse install piece is not working!!

    UUGGH! Sorry and Thanks @JohnHoyt but I just checked the solution again and (I must have kicked into panic mode) it is ICS (SignalHill, CA) NOT IIG. So if Kathleen calls you back you can send her my apologies. I've sent an email to ICS and called their General Mailbox, but I am not keeping my fingers crossed on this one.

    Good luck getting Gary to call you back. He doesn't even call back during business hours!

    RIGHT! I think (Fortunately) they are only using the Physical Count piece. Which means I should be able to uninstall on the old, migrate the data, and then reinstall on the new. As long as I have a good backup in place, what could go wrong, right? \HidesUnderDesk
