Larry, you can go to Avalara's website and download the tax rates for a particular state. (www.taxrates.com) From there you can build two VI jobs to load the tax code data; one to create the codes and one to bring in the tax rates per class.
We did this for a customer for three states recently. However, we had them set up the schedules they were going to need. (But adding those isn't hard either.)
