Anyone have a PDF that they use to compute the customer renewal amounts for maintenance? What I'm looking for is a current price list that I can use when checking Sage's renewals. I think I should be able to take 21% x SLP?

Should work. Or you might use the Excel price sheet and plug in the modules that they have an let it compute the renewal. Six of one.......

This is the June 2012 price list which should get you where you're going. I don't have a copy in Excel.

Here's one that's dated 12-14-12 --- http://goo.gl/H3I2M When you compute the maintenance do you have to charge for the SMI even if customer is not using it or is that included in the core LM similar to Crystal?

Based on the price list, it is included with Library Master. If it isn't included, what would you multiply x 21%? Or does Sage expect you to go to an Intelligence price list before calculating the subscription? I just asked our Client Care for the detail for one end-user in particular. Maybe it will (and maybe it won't) shed some light.

Thanks - it looks like SMI is included.
