Anyone had a situation where one user can manually choose Sales Order Daily Sales Reports/Updates and print/update fine, but it does not prompt for them after invoice printing like normal? He gets the prompt to switch paper, but then it just dies instead of starting the daily printing.

Is ODBC security enabled? And that user doesn't have access to the correct table(s)?

Never mind!

We ran into that years ago. A user had deleted the @lastdoc formula from the invoice form back then.

@lastdoc doesn't exist anymore, does it? And this only happens to one user...

I didn't look for that formula. Did you have them try the standard invoice form? That'll tell you if it's a form problem.

Maybe a security setting in Role Maint? Maybe try switching them to a different Role (of a user who doesn't have the problem) to see if the issue continues.

So far - several people have same roles, only happening to one. Only diff is 100c vs 100 launcher. Switching him to 100 to see if it makes a diff.
